Your email address, your plan and second-opinion balance, and — for each second opinion — the mode you chose, the structured report, and the material you pasted so you can revisit it in History.

If you tick Don't save my pasted text on the home page, the material itself is never written to our database. Only the report is kept.

Only you. Every record is locked to your account at the database level, so one account can never read another account's material or reports — not through the app, not through the API.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with employers, colleagues or advertisers.

Your material is sent to a large language model provider purely to produce your second opinion. It is not used to train models. The request is made from our server — model credentials never reach your browser.

ManagerLens is advisory only. It never sends messages, edits anything, or acts on your behalf, and it is not connected to your email, chat, calendar or CRM.

Your history stays available until you delete it. We keep a configurable retention window so old items can be cleared automatically, and you can remove anything sooner yourself.

You can delete any single second opinion, clear your entire history, or delete your account and everything in it from the History page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment provider. ManagerLens never sees or stores your payment credentials — only the fact that a purchase succeeded and the second opinions it added.

You stay in control of what you paste. Where you can, remove names, employee IDs and other identifying details — the analysis works just as well with roles like “a direct report” or “the client lead”.
