How ManagerLens works

A calm second read before you act — not an assistant that acts for you.

  1. 01

    Paste the material

An email you're about to send, a proposal, a message, meeting notes, presentation content, or simply the situation described in your own words.

  2. 02

    Choose a mode

Review, Prepare or Challenge. The mode decides what the analysis looks for and how it is structured.

  3. 03

    Read the structured opinion

You get a short professional report — what looks good, what may be missing, things to consider, questions to ask, potential risks and a suggested next step. Only the sections that are relevant appear.

  4. 04

    Decide for yourself

Nothing is sent, edited, approved or shared. ManagerLens has no access to your email, calendar or company systems.

The three modes

Review

Examine the material and identify what is clear, what may be missing, ambiguities, assumptions, potential risks, questions worth considering and possible improvements.

Prepare

Help the manager prepare for a meeting, presentation, feedback discussion, difficult conversation, escalation or negotiation. Identify the likely objective, key points to cover, useful questions to ask, things not to assume, possible objections or reactions, and what a successful outcome could look like.

Challenge

Respectfully challenge the manager's thinking. Identify important assumptions, alternative interpretations, missing perspectives, possible blind spots and questions worth answering before proceeding. Do not argue, and do not imply your view is necessarily correct.

What it will not do

  • It does not send emails or messages, and it never contacts anyone on your behalf.
  • It does not connect to Gmail, Outlook, Teams, Slack, your CRM or your calendar.
  • It does not approve, decide, or claim certainty about people or outcomes.

You remain the decision-maker

ManagerLens offers observations, questions and possibilities — some of which may not apply to your context. It can be wrong or incomplete. You stay responsible for what you send, say, present, approve and decide.
